Dear Parents/Caregivers

Our St Mary’s PTA main fundraising event for 2015 is fast approaching.  This year we are fundraising to purchase new Furniture for “Modern Learning Environment”.

We need your help to make the Gala a great success.  This is a great opportunity for everyone in the school community to have a role in helping the school, meet new faces and HAVE FUN!

This year’s gala will include food stalls galore, quickfire raffles, Mystery Envelopes, Unlock the Padlock for an AMAZING prize, raffles with loads of cool prizes, “Principal for a Day”, Baby Elephant stall, entertainment for all to enjoy and of course the famous Teachers’ Alley and entertainment by our gorgeous children and much much more.

So bring along your family and friends for a great evening.

REMEMBER WHATEVER THE WEATHER - THE GALA WILL STILL BE ON.
Please pray for a fine sunny day!!!

Attached is our Countdown List giving details of place, dates and drop off of items needed for the various stalls. Everything that you can donate increases the profit we can make.

Any time or assistance you can give is very much appreciated, as we need as much help and support as we can to ensure a successful 2015 Gala.  Many hands make light work!!  PLEASE complete the form below and return to the SCHOOL OFFICE A.S.A.P.  You can also contact Jason our PTA Chairperson tel 3572209, text 0221571445 or email jasontrasknz@gmail.com
